I'M A
Here’s where I’m supposed to sell you my “get the most out of life” program… but coaching, to me, will always be what these two guys on the right did. I wasn’t on “their programs,” they were on mine.
I am here to instill and embody spiritual warriorship for those who are on this path. That means that we will be doing spiritual warrior as we move through the process & traits. Like Coach Belfield & Coach Burton did for me, I will be on the sidelines while you are on the field.
The original life coach, as far as I’m concerned, is the Alcoholics Anonymous “sponsor.” A sponsor, like a life coach, is a mentor who provides accountability, encouragement, and guidance on a one-on-one basis. Just like a sponsor works through the 12 steps with an alcoholic individually, I work with self-identified women on moving through the spiritual virago process and developing the spiritual virago traits one-on-one.
I AM
I was blessed to be part of an adult metaphysical group as a teenager–we used to have regular gatherings in which mediums would channel, and we could ask all the questions of the universe. These gatherings greatly shaped me (combined with Track & Field, they are how I survived my childhood). In junior high, while my peers were thumbing through “Seventeen”magazine, I was reading The Celestine Prophecy and Out On a Limb. At a sweat lodge retreat one weekend, the adults in my group nominated me to be ordained by an organization called “Spiritual Healers and Earth Stewards.” They named my ministry “Blossoming Wisdom.” I was 14.

COURAGE
A spiritual virago faces difficult challenges that may frighten her–trusting in her resilience–instead of only doing things that are comfortable, easy, predictable, or familiar.
DISCIPLINE
She independently regulates her own behavior, holds herself accountable, and takes responsibility for her actions. Behind her discipline is integrity.
RELENTLESSNESS
A spiritual virago is unflinchingly persistent particularly in regards to questioning her own excuses, stories, and justifications. To be relentless is not to be fearless, however, because a she faces all of her emotions.
COMPASSION
She is warm-hearted, and, more than merely sympathizing for the suffering of others (and herself), she respects her/their happiness as well.
WISDOM
A spiritual virago understands that wisdom does not primarily come from her endless studies and investigations as much as it comes from her ability to think for herself and remain open-minded.
FEMALE ENERGY
A spiritual virago has the ability to embody and honor her female energy under any circumstance (despite undertaking things that may historically be seen as masculine), especially to acknowledge her intuition.
ONENESS
A spiritual virago understands the radical oneness of all beings (including animals, the planet, people she disagrees with, self-identified males, etc).
REBELLIOUSNESS
A spiritual virago does not accept the status quo, and she asks difficult and challenging questions of herself and others.
PURPOSE
She accepts her calling–her worthiness–as a spiritual virago without doubts. If this is the path with which she identifies, she knows she is not an imposter and mindfully accepts her role.
AUTHENTIC & TRANSPARENT
Under any circumstance, a spiritual virago knows who she is and how she will respond. Everything a spiritual virago does is a true reflection of her authentic self. Likewise, she never hides behind a facade of secrecy or mindless politeness…including accepting her own grisly emotions. She is free of perfectionism because authenticity and transparency imply human fallibility.
FINANCIALLY EMPOWERED
A spiritual virago understands that money is power, and, therefore, controls her own finances. She possesses great financial literacy, a mindful money mindset, and understands that we vote with our dollars.
BODY MINDFULNESS
A spiritual virago treats her body like a temple when it comes to nutrition, fitness, sleep, stress, self-care, and toxins/substances.

YOU ARE
Nobody feels empowered when they’ve been “sold.” Before you make the decision to invest here, please consider:
- People buy because of emotion (not because of a list of “features”). To find the right coach, you might copy & paste the text from the coach’s sales page to a program like “Note Pad,” which removes all the cute cursive, gorgeous pastels, and highly-curated images. Now read what the coach offers in black & white.
- We get an endorphin boost each time we buy something (Yep, even online purchases). These endorphin surges can be addictive. If this is something you struggle with, sleep on it first.
- Have you checked out at least 2 other life coaches? Never test drive just one car, right?
If I’m the right coach for you, you’ll know it in your gut. If you are still on the fence…pull a tarot card on it, and get some guidance.
At the end of a sales page, to stop and remind the reader to pause before pulling the trigger is a mother-f*cking act of bravery, compassion, oneness, transparency.
